Not only are vegetable crisps tasty and healthy: with the Rainbow Pink Candy Crush they’ll look amazing as well!
Are you ready to serve a healthy, responsible and happy dish? It’ll only take you about half an hour to surprise your guests with these tasty crisps.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
75 g Rainbow Pink Candy Crush
2 tbsp olive oil
Pepper and salt to taste
Preparation:
Start of by washing the kale and giving it time to dry. Make sure it’s completely dry before preparing it, so that the crisps will be nice and crunchy.
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees.
Cut the Candy Crush leaves into pieces, and mix them with olive oil, salt and pepper in a big bowl. Stir well!
Divide the Candy Crush leaves over a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Make sure to spread them out evenly.
Place your vegetable crisps to-be in the preheated oven. Leave them bake for 15 minutes. Toss, and bake for another 15 minutes. Note: the vegetable crisps will get a bit crunchier once they cool down, but if they still seem a bit soft, they’ll just need some more oven-time!
Enjoy!
